What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers the fault we repaired and the parts we replaced during the service visit, for the period specified on the service receipt or confirmation for each repair.
The warranty period depends on the type of fault and part replaced, and is explained to you before the repair begins.
What isn’t covered?
- New faults in parts that weren’t repaired or replaced.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, breakage or foreign objects.
- Damage from power surges or fluctuations, improper connection, or water leaks from external sources.
- Appliances opened or modified by another party after our repair.
- Consumables such as filters and cleaning products.
How to make a claim
Contact us by phone or WhatsApp with the repair date, appliance type and current problem, and attach a photo of the service receipt if available. We’ll arrange an inspection, and if the fault is covered we’ll handle it according to the warranty terms.
Relation to the manufacturer’s warranty
Samsung-Elite is an independent service provider, not an official Samsung centre. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, review its terms before any third-party repair, as some warranties may be affected by outside repairs.
